Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709 ("we", "us"), for your use of Runheed, including the website, dashboard, API, SDKs and MCP server (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use it for a company, you accept them for that company.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older and give a working email address. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your DSNs and agent keys secret. Revoke a key in Settings if it leaks.

Plans and billing

  • The Service is paid. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Each plan has a monthly event limit. Events over the limit are rejected, not billed. Prices exclude taxes where taxes apply.
  • You can cancel, switch plans or update your card in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Plan upgrades are prorated by Stripe.
  • Money-back guarantee: if you email hello@greatwork.company within 30 days of your first payment for a workspace, we refund that payment in full. Other payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data your apps send ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you, including returning it to the agents and tools you connect. You are responsible for having the right to send it to us, and for not sending payment card numbers, government ids, health records or other sensitive data the Service is not designed for. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, send malware, overload or probe our systems, get around plan limits, resell access without our written permission, or send data you have no right to send. We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law or an ongoing attack prevents it.

AI agents

The MCP server lets AI tools you choose read and change the status of your errors. Their actions on your code and systems are yours and the tool provider's responsibility, not ours. Review what your agents change before you ship it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we ever shut the Service down we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid time not used.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you materially breach them and do not fix the breach within 10 days of notice. After termination your events are deleted within 30 days.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; material changes are emailed to account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Contact: hello@greatwork.company.
